This is my R-ALA from now on! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ great product but dose accordingly. *by D***S on March 7, 2021* I initially was taking 3 caps a day (1 per meal) with 30/40 grams a carb per meal and some body composition changes were noticeable but not much. I then switched to two capsules per meal twice a day with my higher carb meals and then an occasional 1 capsule with a small carb meal (for a total daily dose of 800-1000mg a day) and oh boy my vascularity started to skyrocket, specifically my forearms and upper arms. Make sure you are eating enough carbs if you do two capsules at once to avoid lethargy and drink plenty of water. I ate a pretty carb heavy meal last night (beans, rice, tortilla with tortilla chips with chicken thighs) with 3 girl scout samoas cookies for dessert and checked my blood sugar right after and it was 117. Thats a post meal blood sugar not fasted!
