Review: Real batana oil - Only seller that seems to have actual batana oil with no fillers. Not a fan of the smell but it’s not overwhelming either, not as strong smelling as Jamaican black castor oil. Smell doesn’t last on the scalp in my opinion, I have type 4 hair. But anyways… it smells burnt, kinda like coffee but kinda like a cigarette that has been put out sitting in an ashtray. The texture is soft/smooth, u don’t have to go digging in it as if it’s a firm butter. Don’t use too much if u get build up easily, you’ll be left with a greasy scalp! Since it is a thick butter, U have to find ways to incorporate batana oil into YOUR hair routine if u have low porosity hair. (Just Google it)

Beautiful texture and scent that melts into dry ends and moisturizes dry scalp. I’ve never gotten so many compliments since I began using it and my hair has gotten so long. I towel dry after washing and put some on my ends while my hair is still wet. After drying it’s so shiny and soft
