Definitely a huge improvement from my old ZTE prestige phone. Ideal screen size and very lightweight, but sturdy in your hand noticing the true quality of the technology. One of the main issues is storage space. Within 2weeks my internal storage filled up fast with all the constant security software updates. Highly recommend getting a micro sd card and then using the storage to SD card App, otherwise your phone will slow down fast. Another issue is the constant background data updates for your Apps that you use or don't use. I can only afford limited data plan, and my data gets used up 2x faster using phone, and I don't use the internet or play games on my phone. Be sure to disable any Apps that you will not be using and you should be good. Unlimited data users will not be affected by this issue. The headphone jack still needs improvement. Just like the ZTE Prestige phone, when i use my ear buds and exercise, the phone gets confused and does weird things like bring up "ask Google" and the volume will randomly adjust. This only happens when i use my ear buds. Some of the touch screen commands are a bit troublesome and annoying. The touch screen bottom command buttons tend to hide away too soon when i am App surfing or do occasional Google searching when i need to do research. Unable to hit back or clear to close Apps because the touch commands keep going away. Wish there was a feature to keep the touch screen bottom command buttons active on top while in use all the time. Its very annoying having to stop what your doing just to swipe up on the bottom of the screen to activate the command buttons, ugh. In all for its value, its a great phone. Review: Check reviews before you buy - The phone had a good look to it, and the cost was great, but Boost would not transfer from my old phone until Tribute "unlocked" the phone. When I contacted the seller, they said they didn't sell "unlocked" phones! Does this make sense to anyone?!? I couldn't use the phone.
