I blame myself not the ball.The added benefit is that I can bounce and get a bit more energy into my workday, which is helping at the times when I get fidgety and tend to make that fifth cup of tea out of boredom - which I have been able to avoid a little.Super easy to get set. I didn't actually read the directions, which means I did it all wrong, but it still works so not worrying. Don't think it'll have too much of an effect, but may have voided my warranty (which I doubt I would need anyways)Super fun, helps with posture, and definitely haven't been in as much pain as I'm less slumped and static now.Also the movement stopper ring is a great extra, even though I tend to move it to the side to be able to move more during the day.
