Review: Best I've tasted... really good! - Excellent quality protein powder! Just the right amount of sweetness, which I must add, does not leave an aftertaste. The chocolate is pleasant and not overpowering. I've used with almond milk and almond milk/water 50/50. Both are really good. I'm sure plain, chilled water alone with it would be great too! I'll be purchasing the larger bag now I know its great. 👍😍
Review: Extra protein - I bought this as had previously bought cartons from another brand to supplement my calorie intake as I am mainly on a liquid diet and very soft food for post major double jaw surgery. The cartons are quite expensive so was looking for a cheaper alternative and came across this. A lot of reviews said that the "choc silk" was the best flavour so decided to try it. It has not disappointed so far and the fact that its vegan (I need dairy free) but tastes so chocolatey and creamy, I was pleasantly surprised. It does say it has a grainy texture but I hardly noticed it and it doesn't overpower the taste so if that is what's stopping you buy it, don't let it put you off. It also comes with a scoop, I use about half a scoop and mix it with oat milk and it's so yummy, it is quite sweet though, it tastes like you're actually having a chocolate milkshake!

A: I've had x3 bags of the protein shakes and I think you may be referring to the sediment.  This is harmless and is not detrimental to the overall taste etc

A: i get the unflavoured , i only use it in my shake , i wouldn't know in muesli .

Excellent quality protein powder! Just the right amount of sweetness, which I must add, does not leave an aftertaste. The chocolate is pleasant and not overpowering. I've used with almond milk and almond milk/water 50/50. Both are really good. I'm sure plain, chilled water alone with it would be great too! I'll be purchasing the larger bag now I know its great. 👍😍

The first bag I bought of this was a lovely chocolate flavour and didn't have added thickeners like xanthan gum or added vitamins, which attracted me to the product in the first place as I wanted minimal ingredients while reluctantly accepting it included sucrose. The pack also matched the list of ingredients with the Amazon listing; Protein blend (SOY protein isolate, pea protein isolate, pumpkin seed protein, sunflower protein, brown rice protein), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), DigeZyme (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta D galactosidase, lipase) Unfortunately naively when I received my next pack I didn't check the ingredients list until is was too late and I'd opened it. It now not only doesn't taste as much of chocolate anymore, and in my view tastes awful, it also now contains unwanted thickeners and vitamins.
