No use whatsoever, and on a bow like this is probably dangerous. I've had to order a proper arrow rest. The bow itself seems fine, but until I get the arrow rest I've been unable to shoot with it, as it needs to be set up correctly, and the arrow rest is the key part of the set up process. Armgard not included, packaging minimal.
