I took the suggestion on the bag and blended with banana, almond butter, and almond milk and it was soooo delicious!! I don’t eat processed sugar (unless sugar is listed 5th or lower on the ingredients) and am not a big fan of artificial sweeteners. This tasted so good and was super filling. I’ve always been a fan of Milkdrunk products and am going to encourage all my breastfeeding friends to try it. I made it into a chia pudding with almond milk, vanilla extract, chopped dates, and chocolate chunks. Sounds like a hit right? Wrong-O. I passed it onto another mama who regularly drinks protein shakes, and she agrees she's not crazy about it.
