The fact that the product weighed 800g instead of the advertised 900g clearly indicated that they had somehow dehydrated in storage. I had to soak them in water for 24 hours before I could eat them and then they were delicious but they WERE NOT THE FRESH TUNISIAN DATES I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE!

These dates were advertised as fresh yet were not sticky and were so dry and hard that it was impossible to chew them.
