I found it for a fraction of this cost. Do you research. I’ve always had migraines 5 or 6 days a week. Every once in a while my migraines lasts a full week without a break. My migraines are the type that knocks me out. I get facial migraines where it’s impossible to wear my glasses; one side of my head becomes very tender to the touch and hurts even sleeping on the softest pillow. For the past 50 years or so my migraine started as soon as I open my eyes in the morning and will last until about 9pm. Most of the time I just go on with my day and completely ignore the fact that I’m in so much pain. This is something I learned to do because what else can I do? I’ve gone to too many doctors, neurologist, ENT’s, had many MRI’s. No prescription drug ever helped me. Excedrin Migraine is amazing for me but only if I get certain type of migraine. The one that is not so bad (but really ruined my stomach). About 2 years ago My neurologist asked me to take vitamins B-1, 2, 6 and 12. I’m not sure if these vitamins helped if any but I still continue to take them. I was reading about Turmeric for my Fibromyalgia, I bought this powdered turmeric (I cant believe I paid so much for it, I must have been in too much pain), didn’t really know how to take it. After a week, I just put it in a tight sealed jar, on the shelf and forgot about it. Two years later, I was reading about the goodness of Turmeric and I wanted to like it so much so I decided to take it out again and make a mixture to drink. I leave it in the fridge in a water bottle and drink a sip everyday (boil water, turmeric, pepper, honey and a spoon of olive oil). I drank one sip every morning for about a month, I did not feel any difference in my fibromyalgia pains but since it’s so easy to take I continued only this time I drank one sip 3 times a day. After about another month of doing this and without realizing, I noticed that the last time I had a migraine was 2 weeks ago. The only thing I was doing different was drink the turmeric mixture. During this time in the summer heat, I should have major migraines but instead during the past 2 weeks I had one very light migraine episode which went away after only 1 Excedrin Migraine pill. I then realized that turmeric gets rid of inflammation, but isn’t that what happens to me when I have a migraine? My head gets inflamed and hurts to the touch. In the past 23 days I’ve had about 2 hours of migraines. This is a miracle for me. I will test it where I will stop the turmeric for a while to see if my migraines return. I will not do this for a while so that I enjoy this summer migraine free. However I will write an update once I do this test. If you try this please let me know how it worked for you. Review: color the town re... orangish yellow! - im writing this review assuming the people looking into buying this stuff in bulk already know all the health benefits. so im not going into all that. for those who may not, just know there are many. why i am writing this review, and the ONLY reason i gave it 3 outta 5 stars is NOT because of any lack in health benefits but because this stuff gets over everything! even when im careful. i literally put on a black apron before even attempting to take a dose, as well as wash my hand directly afterwards. (which you absolutely need to do to attempt to minimize damage). yet this stuff still manages to find a way to stain everything in the vacinity with its golden orange color!. and thats not an exaggeration but a warning. being the weather is warming up i am a huge fan of white t's and tank tops. well, no joke, every single night i got to handwash the white shirt i put on to wear that morning because it can not simply be put in the clothes basket awaiting a wash., for if you do that, you may as well throw it away. or else dye them entirely orange i suppos. and again, that with wearing an apron before handling as well as washing my hands directly after. anyhow, i thought it prudent to warn people. altho there are many health benefits, and buying in bulk like this saves lots of money... the extra work needed in clean up is not worth it. not in my opinion. i will be going back to capsules next time., or maybe il start to become the man in black ??? i suppos that may solve the issue as well. as always i hope this review helps some people make a more informed decision on this purchase. if so, id appreciate you'd lettin me know. thank you ## Features - Clean & Pure Powder. I like mixing a small amount into olive oil and adding a pinch of black pepper plus a little lemon to make it more palatable.
