It can be fantastic. BUT frozen fruit will occasionally get stuck causing the motor and such to grind and put off a plastic burning smell. There is a nasty smell, like burning sulfur, when I use the product, and the button that clicks the machine on when the blender is put in is jammed, so now I can only turn the machine on by plugging the outlet in. It still works, but isn’t worth the effort.EDIT: the company gave me a refund for the blender, which I really appreciate.
