How to use Place the Ostomy Wrap around the middle where the ostomy is located, with the bottom snug around the hips. Please measure around the biggest part of the belly to get the correct size. Care Instructions Wash before first use To prevent snagging, fasten all hook and loop while not in use and while washing. The Ostomy Wrap has been invaluable to us. It is by far the very best option on the market for a child with a vesicostomy. My 4.5 year old son has had a Vesicostomy since he was 2 years old, and it has been extremely difficult to find products that are comfortable and keep him dry. And we were really struggling until we found the Soaker Stopper (which was perfect when he was younger to place on top of his diaper. However, as he grew older, he was outgrowing the soaker stoppers). And then the makers of Soaker Stopper came out with their Ostomy wrap. And it has been a lifesaver. Not only can my son move around and play in it during the day, but we have not experienced one overnight leak at night using the Ostomy wrap. I wish I could give a 6 star review.
