Bass could be better. This is not for you if you want a good amount of bass. I would have rated this higher if there was more bass. Noise canceling is good. Game mode option reduces audio latency significantly, so don’t forget to turn it on when you’re gaming or watching videos. They have an app called Shark Arsenal. Not required to install on your phone but it will allow you to adjust the volume of the voice prompt. The EQ option in the app is grayed out (on my iPhone).
