Cup Noodles has almost 300 calories a cup, whereas the flavor with the least calories only has 30: 9-10 of these will equal the calories of one cup noodles cup! And that's not all, these are filling! I'm not a small person by any means and noodles usually have trouble filling me up. I do have some concerns that I want to address because it isn't perfect: The sodium is pretty high because it's a soup, so consider drinking less of the broth. The red curry flavor has the least amount of sodium (500-600mg) so try that one. I will warn you that it's 70 calories which is higher than the others, but still way less than Cup Noodles. It's also pretty spicy. Next, the nutrition. These aren't exactly healthy. There's little to no protein, vitamins or minerals. That said, nobody's stopping you from adding your own stuff to it! It's already filling as it is so it could definitely make for a great meal with extra protein/veggies added to it. The price. This is obvious and is a lot more pricey than Cup Noodles/alternatives. The noodle texture. It's basically firm jelly. If you're disgusted by anything remotely jelly, this isn't for you.
