My 4 year old daughter was very sad. The company was great and responsive with my first email and they sent me another carrier right away. I was so pleased. Until I tried to put the second carrier on my daughter and the large clip was bent and it won’t stay clipped on the bottom. I tried to straighten the clip, but it seems to have been made this way. I then contacted the company again, and I’ve heard nothing back. So now I have two carriers that do t work. I would not recommend this product. The clips aren’t manufactured correctly. The actual carrier is made out of a thick material and it seems really nice. Bought one for each of my daughters (ages: 1yr 10months and 4). The carriers are comfortable, adjustable, easy to or on and incredibly cute!!! They absolutely love them! Tried a couple carriers before these and they were not comfortable, or easy to put on so girls got frustrated with them. My girls have used these every day since we got them in October and they love that they look like my carriers. Great quality, great product.
