As a secondary vehicle I just wanted some decent audio playback. I added this under seat sub because my new door speakers just didn’t fill the sound stage. This has met my desires for a little bit of bass.Given its limited size, this speaker performs really well. Getting your head unit and amp controls (gain, crossovers, bass boost, etc) dialed in are crucial for optimal sound quality. If this is new to you, YouTube “How to tune a car amplifier”. It’s entry level, but so is this sub.As many have noted about the “under seat” genre of all-in-one subs, it’s not going to vibrate your soul like a more traditional setup. Also, many newer cars have quite good sound setups and this type of sub may not be a good addition (as it may not add enough to your factory setup).Pros:+price+quality (this far, will update if that changes)+slim profile for vehicles with limited space.+good sounding bass (when dialed in correctly.
