I use this primarily for Ninja Creami recipes. I don't really use it for anything else because I suck at baking! I can tell you from experience, don't add too much lol. I keep it around 8.g per 500 total ML. This gives it just enough consistency for a nice, creamy, ice cream-like mouthfeel.
