I should have listened to the reviews. As many other reviewers said, this is not purple. This is red. Far too red for just a bad photo to make it look purple. It's still dark enough to look goth and a few of my friends have commented I look like a vampire but I can't give a high star rating to something that has clearly either used the wrong photo or the photo has been taken with the camera on a mobile phone. I do recommend it but only if you're looking for dark red. This is not purple in the slightest.EDIT: It's my own fault I thought it was purple. I didn't read the description properly, it does specifically say red. I was confused as it came up as the top result for my search of "Dark purple lipstick."
