I'm wondering how many calories a cup has.** A: Hi Katie - I cannot tell you definitely, but as a general rule of thumb, plain brewed teas with no milk or sweetener added are calorie free. If you look at calorie databases like calorieking, Livestrong and others and search black tea, you will see that it is very rare to find a brewed tea with any kcals. If you are looking for further nutrient values I think that that may be a challenge as you would really need a lab to run tests on the specific tea and that is expensive and unlikely companies will spend the money to obtain that type of data. I bought her some as part of her Christmas present. Its quite pricey for 25 tea bags, but its a really nice tea. I have it as my 'special tea' ... oh did I mention I bought myself one too? Only seemed fair.The taste has a very subtle vanilla sweetness (but not sweet) to it. I am someone who likes milk, and honey in my tea and I drink this tea black so that should give you an idea of the flavour.
