Review: Fit perfect! Wish I would have known about these before I had a printer clog at the mesh. One thing you are not told is that you have to modify the plastic that holds the ink tubes in place unless you buy different dampers.
Review: Print head damper quality is not precise, the holes dont have a uniform outer ring. This adapter will not make a good seal with rubber gasket. Don't invest in this part. Image, in the top is the OEM and the bottom is the aftermarket. The holes do not have an even outer ring, this makes ink leak and contaminate the other chanels.

Seems to work well. Make sure you install your print head gasket from factory when installing. Was a little concerned the damper restrains won’t fit these but so far does not seem to be an issue.
