I had a different brand I had used for a few years and really liked it, but molding it to my teeth was always a little tricky. After reading the reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try and I'm really glad I did!I molded this and tried it for the first time last night and I figured there would be an "adjustment period" and it would take some time to get used to, but it was very comfortable right away and I had no issues with it overnight. And this guard was so much easier to mold than so many others I've tried. This also has a very low profile and isn't bulky at all, I think that's the biggest factor in why its' so much more comfortable than other brands. If you need to wear a guard, give this one a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! ### ⭐ Didn't work for me, might for you! *by L***E on April 22, 2025* The small was too small and the large was too large so the fit did not work for me. I heated as instructed and it was a bit too hot on my gums and was hard to tolerate, though even at this temp I had a hard time molding it. Any cooler and there wouldn't have been any contour.Good idea, poor execution as it doesn't function well for everyone. Since both sizes failed for me during the warming and molding process, I didn't get to use them and for me, this was a waste of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Immediate Gag Reflex *by K***E on January 26, 2025* This mouth guard is thick and bulky. I tried it on both my lower and upper teeth. I immediately gagged. I know I could never sleep with this in my mouth if I can't stand it while awake and standing up. BTW, these items are not returnable. Should have known that, but didn't review the return policy in advance. Just wasted over $21 for my mistake. Read the directions - somewhat confusing. Says you should cut the excess material along the border and cut the end of handle.
