Simple solution to this is to use some micropore tape and think about how the foot is going to move, we've also used I'd advise doing it in the evening (so shower the night before for a while) as this has two benefits, the treatment gets to work overnight when it's unlikely to be disturbed and you'll also get good adhesion overnight so that it's less likely to move during the day. Even if you only make to do it overnight, we had great results. It takes some commitment to do it for long enough to kill off the verruca (2+ weeks) but that's the same with any of the treatments and this is by far the easiest and the only thing we've found that works consistently - tried most of the freezing kits and they don't work for us!
