I noted the seller was Brach's I hoped my order would be an exception... NOT!!! I ordered three boxes of twelve for a total of 36 candy canes. They were shipped in a fairly, good sized box, but no filler of any kind to protect inside the box. Is it possible they're selling defected product before it's even shipped... Hmmm. Unfortunately, every single one was broken in several pieces!!! They were also rather small in size. Regardless, I kept them as I bought them to eat, so broken pieces weren't a deal breaker. They were fresh tasting and good :) Still, as a consumer we're paying for a quality product.
