I am renovating a house and I am using both 4x8 Hardie shears as well as 12’ x 8 1/4” Hardie plank. I had been using a 7” blade in a hand held power saw and needed to rip down the 12’ planks. With this blade I can now use my 10” table saw and have a clean cut and straight edge. The blade leaves a nice clean edge, don’t rush the cutting process just let the blade do its thing and cut ( it’s actually nibbling the cement material away.
