### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Glucosamine binds Lectin to Prevent the Lectins from binding to joint tissue and eventual inflammation.

Here is why Glucosamine Supplements may work for you (depending on what you eat).The theory is that we consume certain plants that are high in lectins. (For some plants lectins are natural defense in nature). After consumption, the lectins bind to polysaccharides found on human cells. Joint tissue in particular are high in polysaccharides that lectins will bind to. Glucosamine supplementation will bind to the lectins in the digestive system rather than allow the lectins to circulate, attach to joint tissue and create an inflammation response i.e. joint pain.After a week my joints feels about the same but my intestines feel better. Full disclosure I started this supplement with a few other intestinal support supplements.
