UPDATED *by P***K on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2018* It's attractive and seems to be well made. It would be perfect except it is not tall enough for the standard 8-inch brush. I asked this question on Amazon before I ordered, but I got no answers, so I decided to take a chance and order it anyway. Wrong decision. When closed, the lid presses on the hairs of my brushes, smashing them. This is obviously not good for the brush. Why would they not make it a half inch taller to fit an 8-inch brush since they are so common? I came up with a less-than-ideal solution. I angle the brushes into the beads so they don't stick up quite as high. The problem with that is the brush then takes up more room in the container, and it's already pretty crowded in there. I still have the packaging and am trying to decide whether to return. Bottom line, I just can't recommend it for 8-inch brushes.UPDATE: I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. I want to be fair to this product, and after a few days of learning to tilt my brushes at the right angle in the box, the fact that the 8-inch brushes can't stand straight up isn't that big of a deal.
