**Q: How long do they need to be soaked for Tiramisu?**
A: Just dip them...they don't need to soak...but it does taste better if made a day ahead...like any tiramisu

A: Sorry, I don't remember--it was too long ago.  But I used more than one pack to make a big pan of tiramasu.

**Q: Is it dairy free?**
A: Dairy free and make delicious tiramisu (which, of course you can make dairy free).  Considering that they are GF and have few ingredients...I really like them.

**Q: How many in 5.4 ozs?**
A: The package says 3 per serving, approximately 5 servings. These are more cookie like, not soft like wheat flour based lady fingers. I made a lemon tiramisu recipe with them and they did become soft.
