When you unroll it, the runners for the ladder are all creased and folding all over the place. That won't change, no matter how carefully you roll it up. If you try to set this on a hardwood floor, and accidentally touch it, it's going to bunch up and you'll have to set it up again. I spend at lease 2 minutes readjusting it during a 10 minute workout.You can use this on rubber floors, grass, and possibly carpet. Anything else is going to frustrate the hell out of you. It arrived recently and my two daughters have used it to increase their foot speed and agility as they prepare for their spring lacrosse seasons. It is incredibly easy for them to carry with them to the field, set up (with the four convenient metal stakes for grass fields or just laid out on turf fields) and use. Some agility ladders are shorter in length meaning fewer reps/foot taps with each pass but the BodyGood ladder is longer, allowing for greater agility development. I'm looking forward to using this with my varsity high school soccer team this fall.
