### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Audio jack metal material is weak and can catastrophically shatter, but excellent customer support

Edit - surprisingly good customer support from a customer service agent named Rosally, despite my issue with the shattering audio jack - I received a replacement unit within a couple of days after submitting a report on their website. I guess I now have a new device that I will take a lot of care to avoid stressing the metal of the audio jack on! The tech was working great on a couple of flights until yesterday when I was using it an air steward lightly knocked the device while putting down my in flight meal tray. The audio jack shattered leaving small pieces of metal in the jack socket, my meal and scattered across the cabin floor. So no in flight films and no inflight meal for the last 10 hours of my flight as a result...
