They are large and have good grip, so they work very well on both thick and fine hair. The game includes two colors, black and brown, which easily combine with different styles. Review: Good for holding wavy hair :) - These are very good and fairly comfortable, haven't broken on me yet and ive opened and closed them at least 20 times in the past 2 days. I can also lay down with them in my hair, which i usually don't do with hair clips. I have thick and unpredictable wavey hair, which i usally need a really stiff and thick claw clip to hold, but this held it fine. it is loose if you put it in wonky, so it might take a few tries to get it right. they are pretty big banana clips, but work well, I would say they're good for anyone with thick to medium thick hair. The only downside to this type of hair clips is having to put it on multiple times until you get used to it and eventually can get it to hold better without being lopsided.
