**Q: What is the speed range like from 80-160 RPM please?**
A: I have only used it at the lower range and that suits me fine. It helps with knee pain,and I am not sure that going to a higher speed would help me.I hope this answers your question

**Q: How long the garrantee is and how to repair? Is it free return to exhange to other model please?**
A: we have 2 years warranty as requestet by EU regulation. How to repair depends on what is broken. We cannot offer free return as the margain is very low. If you should deisre a good machine with good performance, good quality, smooth and quiet we recommed the chi vitalizer, the best machine that we know of, speed control, display, 3 programs, variable speed 80-160, special bearings etc. nothing to compare with a cheap try out machine.

Over all it is a good product, only problem for me is the foot rest easy to slip off the machine and it is not so soft surface a little hard. The foot rest area need some improvement.
