I went by the sizing chart. Got a Large and it was an exact fit. It would be good if I only work a T-shirt or base layers. But I like just a tad more room to wear a shirt and hoodie, so I exchanged it for the XL. XL is a little roomier. It’s super warm and has great pockets and zippers. On a cold day a t-shirt and jacket will do. On colder days (-25) it still works but now I can add a hoodie. Length is great, stops just under my butt. Hood is great. Super warm. Nothing gets in.
