There is no edge on any of them. Good thing I got a whet stone just days before I picked these up. Seemed to take an edge just fine.I do like high carbon steel. This type of steel should take an edge great, but will rust over time. The rust will knock off easily with a few swipes on the whet stone. So this is a great value. This is a HORRIBLE product. The blades came in with a dull and jagged edge. They did cut wood but with a terrible finish due to the rough, jagged cutting edge. I tried to clean the edge up with my really nice knife sharpener. I was able to get the blades really sharp and somewhat of a clean edge. The metal they use for the blade are really soft and cheap. They do not hold a good edge.
