In May 2020, after 5 months of normal use, one side of the stand broke off. After communicating this issue to the seller, this seller has repeatedly told me that the replacement part is on its way to me.....since May of this year. Today is August 18, 2020 and I still have not received a replacement part nor a replacement briefcase as I have requested. Mike Li keeps telling me it is on the way, and dismisses me.
