I’m vegetarian and I buy a box at a time I’m not eating this product every day or even once a week. Haven’t ever thought to look at use buy dates - hang on - I’ll go have a look - January 2020. I purchased current box of 12 earlier this year. Once opened and kept in the fridge best part of a week I’d say. I love it, hope this answers your question? **Q: Is it non gm?** A: To the best of my knowledge, this product is non gm. **Q: It'd be no good purchasing a large quantity of tinned goods to discover they go out of date tomorrow. Is a minimum period for use by date guaranteed?** A: Cans are date-stamped on the base with a three year life from production. Last month we received a batch stamped 140605 / 170605 - so produced in June this year and good until June 2017.
