Review: Expensive, but worth every penny - I work in retail, & I carry my coffee mug all over my work area, so I spilled it on myself pretty often before I found this mug. A customer suggested it to me when she saw me make yet another spill. I didn't want to spend this much on a new mug, but if it was completely spillproof like she said, I thought it might be worth it --- and it was! I was convinced of its value the very first day I used it, and I bought two more right away! It comes in a lot of beautiful colors (and several neutral ones, if you prefer), and it has a wide, steady base. The handle hangs above the top, not being attached to the side, which isn't nearly as awkward as it might sound. I don't know how long it keeps drinks hot, but I imagine it's the same as most other mugs. Bonus: it's dishwasher safe (top rack only)! The only precaution I would mention is that you need to turn the lever as far as it will go, past the "Seal" arrow, or it spills a little after all. Also, you have to push hard to move the lever between "Seal" & "Sip", but it gets easier quickly. If you buy one of these, it will probably become your new favorite commuter mug!
