I am buying one for my mother and told all my friends to buy one. This device is simple to use and works. It provides a rubber resistance to build the muscle in the back of the neck to pull the next backward. It is the same principle as working the upper back muscles to have a good posture, standing up tall and straight.The box comes with some simple instructions. See photo. The neck is supposed to curve backward to release the tension. My neck is straight or pulled forward from years of computer using. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS WORKS *by A***L on December 10, 2012* My neck has been in awful pain about 7 months or so. The chiropractor cracked it, that relief lasted a day and it felt MUCH worse afterwards. This exercise is easy and quick. I went to youtube to watch the demonstration and the advanced move. I also do the neck isometrics and for the first time in months I am feeling less pain.
