It was actually in a box big enough so.it wasnt all squished!I also love the material it is easy to wipe up if it ever got messy!Another thing is the actual backpack is not to big and not to small! Also, if you’re a museum goer, you know you can’t always wear a backpack inside, which means this bag is perfect because you can slip it off and use the tote handles or shoulder strap. It’s a diaper bag that takes you waaay beyond diapers. Also, it’s about 1/3 the price of comparable bags, waterproof, and made in the USA. Seriously get it. The new bag is perfect.This diaper bag came with a broken strap, stains on the outside of the bag, stains on yhe inside of the bag, and dirty gloves and baby mitts in the zipper pouch on back of bag. This is a used diaper bag that was just rewrapped. Highly disappointed.
