We've tried a few different inserts over the past couple year at different price points, but these are my son's favorite and he hasn't had any pain in his feet since. I know for my own experience, some insoles work great for me and some not so much, so it ultimately comes down to personal preference. These work for my son, hold up under his training regimen, and are well made, other than the top layer of fabric. Our puppy chewed the inside of his shoe and I needed to replace it quickly. The sole was very easy to size, I used the old sole and set it on the new sole to cut. The sizing was a little off so I would recommend measuring it the same way before you cut. His size 2 shoe I cut as a size 3 on the new sole. So be aware of that. It fit inside his shoe very well.
