Can't able to connect to any devices (Tried with iPhone 5s, 6s and moto G4) 2. Plastic impression on ear cushion indicates either courier mistakes or old product. (Refer image) 3. Battery was fully dead, normally for a new item it will be 30 to 60%. I will edit my review and rating once i get a genuine headphone and hassle free replacement process. Update: Changing from 1 star to 4 star as i am using this headphone for more than 2.5 yrs now and it is working good.
