The lock matches the handle and is very soft to use. My fitters said they had no issues with put it in, however they did say the screws provided were not of the best quality and I had to get an extra hinge because my door is very heavy. The screws they provided were so bad that for some of them the head was completely gone so it means you'd never be able to unscrew. If you buy this handle, please do spend an extra £1 at a local DIY shop and get some quality screws. ### ⭐ Look great, lots of manufacturing defects *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 June 2017* Purchased these as other reviews said they were excellent handles. Very disappointing! The hinges are very lightweight, I wouldn't hang the lightest of doors from them. The grub screw that tightens the handle to the bar is located in a prominent position on the handle, not sure why they didn't place it underneath the handle so it couldn't be seen? Several of the components were badly formed and required some grinding to get them to fit. Overall very poor. The design is nice, but you can tell they're manufactured for low budgets. I wish I'd paid an extra £5 a handle and purchased some more expensive ones individually, instead of this 5pack. Look excellent, badly manufactured. I could have given 4 stars purely because the hinges are not great quality but to be honest I didn't buy this set for the hinges as we are using solid oak doors and they are very heavy so we purchased heavy duty hinges seperately anyway. The price for just the door handles alone is worth 5 stars!!
