**Q: How hot is this? I really like the pro boil but can't find it in the larger tubs anymore**

Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp, & Crab Boil Complete has a zing to it. It has all the spice and seasoning you need to get boiling. Just add to the pot with your favorite seafood and vegetables for a good old-fashioned Louisiana boil.  ~ Erica

**Q: How much of this for a 30 quart pot. Shrimp and crab boil.**
A: Per the jar label:  "will properly season 50# shrimp, 40# crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs"

**Q: How much would you need to use for 29 qt pot?**
A: I always mix at 50-50 with JO number two because if you don’t I find that it is so spicy hot that it’s intolerable. But you will love it 50-50 mix with J o number 2

**Q: If i did 15 pound of crawfish, 10 pounds of shrimp, and 10 pounds of 10 pound of snow crab how much of this would i use?**
A: Personally I would use 1/2 to 3/4 of this container and probably a packet of Zatarain's Crab Boil  3oz Bag, and 1- 8 oz bottle of ZATARAINS Crab and Shrimp Boil Liquid Concentrate.
