I never get nauseous after-effects from letting one dissolve in my mouth. i believe it is value for money. A+

Anyway I thought they had a strange chalky minty like taste and not great when you are feeling ill. I only took a few but they left me feeling sick. Thereafter I took just a couple a day. I do think they have had a positive effect regarding how I feel and have reduced the awful symptoms of a cold/virus slightly.

I often find zinc lozenges make me feel nauseous. Even though this one may taste a tad chalky - which I do not mind at all - it has a pleasant mint taste, always helps my throat feel better and contains a high amount of zinc. I never get nauseous after-effects from letting one dissolve in my mouth. i believe it is value for money. A+
