I love the whole pack, and I believe it is a good bargain as you get the wrist straps, the knee wraps plus the bag. With the knee wraps I I immediately was able to increase the weight and felt little to no knee pain. My squat was deeper! For anyone who find that their wrists or knees hurt during exercise, this is a must have, the straps will significantly reduce or eliminate it.Very very happy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars really helps *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2018* as a newbie to the gym I found these supports quite handy and really useful!
