Eventually, I decided all such products were just junk, yet another way to cheat the consumer. Then my doctor mentioned that her husband uses Solgar brand melatonin, and loves it. So, reluctantly, I bought a bottle of the liquid melatonin to try it for myself. Wow! It REALLY DOES WORK if you buy a quality brand! The bottle says 59 “doses”, but I only get about four ( 4 ) uses per bottle. My doctor said melatonin is absolutely wonderful for the body! It’s an antioxidant, it helps with blood pressure, glucose, lots of things… ALL GOOD! So even though I use it to sleep considerably better… “sleep” isn’t even melatonin’s forté. It tastes fine too. Please note: Most people won’t need to overdo it like I do (ie: I get two to four uses per bottle, while normal folks will get far more), so don’t go crazy with it until you’ve tried it a few times. SOLGAR HAS EARNED MY TRUST!
