I haven’t used them yet since we just got them but they look nice and feel like quality. On the smaller pan there is a very small blemish in the ceramic coating that I’m hoping won’t impact how well it works so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. For the price I wouldn’t expect any issues even if it’s very small. I don’t feel like returning and waiting for a new one as we already got rid of our old pans and it is a very small spot. It says dont use high heat but takes 5 to 10 minutes to heat up on med and low and then it finally seems like the food starts cooking. For how expensive these pans are im disappointed in durability and ability. Had them for 6 months and think these are not good enough to be 200$ pans had a pan from Walmart last longer for way less. I used the small one to cook omelets all the time but I dont use butter hence the desire for a nonstick pan and its non stick worked great for about 3 months now the non stick doesn't work well in the pan I have used the most which is the smaller one. I hand wash only and use soft side of the sponge. Have to scrape the egg with a plastic spatula to get it out when i initially only needed to use a silicon one.
