    Leaky Sprayer

*by J***3 on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2020*

This faucet looks great but the side sprayer constantly leaks. I'm not talking about a couple little drops after your place it back into its holder - it drips an excessive amount to the extent that I won't use the sprayer. I contacted customer service and they said that is normal and I should just wipe up the water when it's done leaking. Problem is there is a puddle that continues to grow even after I wipe it up. I'll return the entire thing if the company can't help. I'd like to be able to use a side sprayer without leaving a large expanse of water on my counter top.

Only puts out 1.3GPM, not 2.2GPM as advertised

*by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2017*

I am very disappointed with this. Does not meet it's published spec for volume. I specifically purchased this to replace my 1.8 GPM faucet because I have deep bowl sinks and need a faster fill. The spec for this says its output is 2.2GPM. I have no restrictions in flow and the smallest diameter on the supply lines are on the faucet itself. I have 50PSI supply and after several tests have concluded the output I get from this faucet is 1.3 gallons per minute, significantly slower than the 1.8GPM I had, and even more significantly less than the product specification.

Please correct the issues for the sprayer.

*by N***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2019*

I love this faucet, it is beautiful! I have one complaint the side sprayer is very disappointing. It is mostly plastic it has horrible pressure and it drips. I don’t see how to repair it so I leave it hanging over the sink. The water pressure to the faucet is great but the sprayer is very weak, I can’t use it to push items to the disposal.
