It did not have any instructions included and it was alarmingly messy to put together. After 2 hours, 3 people, and blue powder all over my bedroom we thought we had it only to be disappointed again. We took it to a flower shop to have it filled with helium,which cost another 10 bucks, only to find it would not float!! I ended up having to hang it like a pinata which made it appear cheap and ghetto.
