Works great, keeps drink hot for an hour or so (it does start to cool down as time passes). you just need to be aware that the mug gets super hot. As long as you grab it from rubber middle section you don't get burn. But without a lid, it’s useless. Update: I found a lid from another mug that fit and sent it with my husband to work. He set it down on the counter and it sprung a leak... a few minutes later, the whole side cracked and the rest of the coffee came pouring out. You can’t make this up! I like the style of lid, the size, and the materials it claimed to be made of. When I received the item, however, there was no lid and the cup seemed like it was made of cheap plastic. It wasn’t even worth complaining or returning until I got an email saying I would receive a $3 credit for reviewing this item. There is no photo because it went straight to the trash.
