First day I tried these drops, I put a dropper-full under my tongue and let it sit for about 2 minutes then swallowed, as directed on the bottle. Had 1 cup of coffee and ate 1 egg. This was around 5:00 am. By noon I STILL was not hungry. I am so pleasantly surprised at how well this stuff works. Super excited that I'll have something to help with my appetite and cravings. I am anxious to try some of their other products. One thing I've noticed is make sure you eat a half hour after taking them. Don't wait longer. I did this once and couldn't eat for like 6 hours because I was completely NOT hungry in the least. Because I do intemitten fasting this works well for me during the day while I'm fasting. But now when I break my fast I stick to the instructions or I'd probably never eat, lol.
