Seems pretty accurate and has a quick response to watering. I do wish there was a little better guidance on what soil type to pick when setting up. I found it useful to completely soak my soil (a custom houseplant mix) and then cycle through a few of the soil types to find something that read in the 90+ range. Just need to do the full soak once to figure soil type.
